Pat Mastelotto

Pat was born in North California, drumming at 10, moved to Los Angeles at 17. Session work and bands include Mr. Mister, XTC, Cock Robin, The Rembrandts, Jude Cole, Tina Arena, Michael Penn, Hall & Oats, Pointer Sisters, Patti Labelle, Robyn Hitchcock, the Sugercubes, Steven Wilson, Kimmo Pohjonen, John Paul Jones, Flower Kings, Peter Kingsbery, Trail of the Dead, Abra Moore, Chrysta Bell, David Sylvian and Robert Fripp.

Mastelotto partnering Bill Bruford in 1994 jumping genres from pop, to prog-rock, to electronica to world music and the unlimited boundaries of Crimson providing a natural segue for Mastelotto’s entry into more extreme improvised experiments: HoBoLeMa – Alan Holdsworth, Terry Bozzio and Tony Levin. TU, KTU, TUner, TUnisia, Stick Men, ORK, Komara Reformed in 2014 as a three drummer KC with Gavin Harrison, Bill Rieflin, Jeremy Stacy.. King Crimson celebrated its 50th anniversary in with 50 sold out shows all around the world in 2019.
