An active Corporate Sponsorship is required to both reserve and exhibit at PASIC in November. If your sponsorship expires prior to November 2020, you will need to renew before PASIC. If your sponsorship is currently expired, or you are a new sponsor, sponsorship payment will be required before you can reserve a booth. To learn more about corporate sponsorship, click here.

How to Register:

Online Registration

Fill out the online Exhibitor Registration request form, and a personalized registration link will be sent to you upon the opening of registration on
March 2, 2020. If you would like to register online but pay by check, you will have the option to request an invoice at the end of the registration form.

If you wish to submit an application via mail or fax, please email exhibitor@pas.org to request a PDF registration packet.

Booth Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors have the right to cancel their Exhibitor’s Agreement upon written notice to the Percussive Arts Society (“PAS”). There will be a 10% service charge for any booth cancellation through July 31. For cancellations made on or after August 1, 50% of the booth fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made on cancellations after September 30. PAS reserves the right to resell any booth space cancelled by an exhibitor. All money forfeited by cancellation is not refundable or transferable.

Shepard Decorators

Shepard Decorators, the official decorator for PASIC 2020, will be offering the Exhibitor Service Manual online and will be contacting exhibitors in September with order information. The manual will contain instructions regarding shipping for your booth and logistics, electric, phone, furniture, carpet rentals, etc. Please note that booths do not have carpet and are unfurnished.

    Important Dates:

    March 2

    Exhibitor registration opens.

    March 31

    Completed booth reservations will be sorted into priority order for placement. After March 31, completed booth reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

    June 30

    Booth Payment Balance due.

    July 31

    50% refund given for booth cancellation after July 31.

    Mid-September

    All hotel blocks must be confirmed; unconfirmed rooms will be released. Any hotel room cancelled after mid-September will be charged a cancellation fee. Full details on hotel reservations will be availaible in the coming weeks.

    September 30

    No booth refunds or partial refund will be given after this date (including inclement weather, shipments not arriving, missed flights, or any other reason).

    October 1

    Initial Exhibitor Badge list due.
