PLEASE NOTE: In order to attend PASIC 2021, you must be able to verify that you are, or will be, fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to attending PASIC, November 10-13, 2021, in Indianapolis, Indiana. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from receiving the vaccination, you will need to email pasic2021@pas.org in advance with proof of your exemption. No one will be able to receive their PASIC badge or wristband without being vaccinated or submitting advance proof of exemption.

Accompanying Badge
Registrants may purchase accompanying badges for Family Members. Each family member will receive the same badge type (4-day, 1-day, or multiple 1-days) as the main registrant. Accompanying children 12 and under are free with a paid registrant.

Available beginning October 1
Valid for 2 Single Sessions and includes an Expo Hall Wristband. Single Session Tickets may be used for any two sessions taking place starting Wednesday, November 10 through Saturday, November 13. Sessions include any concert, clinic, masterclass, lab, workshop, panel, presentation or performance during PASIC. Wristbands are valid only for the day selected.
Valid for entrance into the International Drum & Percussion Expo Hall. Expo Hall Wristbands are only valid for the day selected and are not valid for PASIC sessions. Friday Wristbands are valid for entrance into the Marching Percussion Festival and Concert Chamber Competitions in addition to the International Drum & Percussion Expo Hall.

Have questions about your PASIC registration? You’ve come to the right place. Below are some common questions from our attendees.
If I want to catch all of the evening concerts and a few sessions throughout PASIC which badge should I buy?
The 4-Day badge would be best for you. This badge will give you full access to all PASIC events.
I can only attend PASIC on Thursday. Which badge would be best for me?
The 1-Day Badge would be best for you. This Badge will give you full access to all PASIC events for 1 day of your choice.
What if I only want to attend the Marching Percussion Festival on Friday?
The Expo Hall Wristband OR 1-Day Badge would be best for you. An Expo Hall Wristband will give you access to the Marching Percussion Festival and Concert Chamber Ensemble Competition on Friday, November 12, as well as entrance into the International Drum & Percussion Expo Hall on Friday, only. The 1-Day Badge will give you access to ALL sessions on Friday, November 12.
I want to enter the Expo Hall and attend a few sessions. Should I buy a badge or a ticket?
The Combo Ticket would be best for you. This Ticket will give you full access to 2 Single Sessions + the Expo Hall during regular show hours.
What if I only want to enter the Expo Hall?
You’ll want to purchase an Expo Hall Wristband. The Wristband will give you full access to the Expo Hall during regular show hours. Just remember – an Expo Hall Wristband is valid only for the day selected.
I need to cancel my PASIC registration. What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds are available through November 1, with a cancellation fee of $50. There are NO refunds for cancellations that occur after November 1 (this includes individuals who are offered badges from exhibitors). If you wish to cancel your registration, please call the PAS office at 317-974-4488.
* There are NO refunds on badges purchased with 60th Anniversary pricing.
What if I want to bring a family member to PASIC?
When you purchase your PASIC registration, you will have the option to purchase an Accompanying Badge in the event that you would like to bring a family member. If an Accompanying Badge is purchased for an immediate family member (with ID), family members must be accompanied by a registered attendee and may only attend the number of days as registrant.
* Children 12 and under are free with a paid registrant.
